Ride A Pet has two egg systems, and most guides mix them together

Map eggs are free. They spawn at fixed points in the world, you carry them home on your character’s head and hatch them in a nest. Shop eggs cost Robux, hatch instantly, and are the only eggs in the game with published odds. Blur those two together and the answer to “how do I get this pet” becomes wrong.

Free to pick up, rate-limited by travel and nest space. Each egg tier has a fixed number of live spawn points, so a rarer egg is not just luckier, it is physically scarcer on the map. A server-wide message announces every restock.

A separate multiplier layer that sits on top of base stats. Sources report 5 mutations in total, but only 3 multipliers could be corroborated, and this site does not invent the rest.

How we grade a number

Competing guides disagree with each other. One describes the Blackhole Egg with six spawn locations, another with sixteen, and neither shows its working. Rather than pick one and stay quiet, every value on this site carries a grade.

The game is being updated while this site is built. Update 1 is scheduled for 19 September 2026 at 22:00, announced on the Roblox Events card rather than in patch notes, so the shape of it is still unknown. When it lands, the databases here are rebuilt from the new version rather than patched around, and the date at the top of each table changes with it.
